Repairs
We will repair any item purchased through our online showroom or in-house. We offer repairs due to user wear or production fault. We stand behind quality of our work and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage, free of charge for up to two (2) years from the date of purchase. After the two (2) years, repairs will incur a service charge.
Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us to receive a Repair Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. Complimentary FedEx boxes are available at most FedEx locations and the items will need to be double boxed for insurance purposes. Products for repair should be shipped to the address below. Please clearly mark all packages with your RA number as we’re are unable to accept unauthorized repairs and will not accept these packages.
