US domestic shipping

We offer FREE shipping via USPS on all domestic orders. Our shipping lead time is four (4) to seven (7) business days after your purchase is confirmed. As soon as your order has arrived, you will receive an email or preferred text and we will schedule either an appointment for your pickup or make shipping arrangements.

If your order is time sensitive, please let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. Extra shipping charges may occur.

Returns

Diamond Lady guarantees authenticity and 100% satisfaction on all purchases. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within seven (7) days of delivery. Please contact us ASAP in the event that you need to arrange a return. ALL returned jewelry must be received in the same condition it was in when it was sent to you. Jewelry will not be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered, or worn. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA) or will not be accepted for return.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for shipping insurance which will be deducted from your refund.

Free in-store pick up is available. Please call 360-501-6700 or email vdiamondlady@aol.com to arrange a pick up time. It our policy not to refund customized items, discounted items, and items purchased via layaway.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES

Prior to shipping your return please contact us at 360-501-6700 for your Return Authorization Number (RA) and shipping instructions. Complimentary FedEX boxes are available at most FedEX locations. The items will need to be double boxed for insurance purposes. All returns must be in their complete original packaging, including any and all documents, and be pre-paid and fully insured. Please clearly mark all packages with your RA number as we are unable to accept unauthorized returns and will not accept these packages.
